Ansvaret för bildpublicering ligger alltid hos användaren. Fotografens namn måste alltid anges vid publicering. Bilderna i banken är ej till försäljning. I de fall där reglerna för bildanvändning inte följs kan användaren komma att debiteras i efterhand direkt av fotografen.

SOIC förbehåller sig rätten att avgöra vilka användare som tilldelas lösenord för användning av bilder.

Conditions for usage
The SOIC and The Swedish Ship Götheborg's image bank is intended for Swedish and International media producing editorial material about The Swedish Ship Götheborg project as well as for SOIC partners marketing the project.

The images are nor intended for private use and cannot be used commercially (advertising for individual products or services). The responsibility for image publishing always rests on the user. The name of the photographer must be quoted on publication. The photographs of the image bank are not for sale. In cases where the rules for image handling are not followed, the user may be subject to charges directly by the photographer.

SOIC reserves the right to decide who will qualify to get passwords to be able to download images from the image bank.
