From the logbook
119 nautical miles made during the past 24 hours. Excellent. Expected time of arrival in Suez is now some time around midnight. We must be there before 03.00 on the 29th, in order to join the convay which starts out at 06.00.

Comments
Everything is looking much better now. We are making good speed and there is less seaway. A lot of oil rigs can be seen on both sides of the Gulf of Suez.
