Today The Swedish Ship Götheborg was visited by (among others) a teacher from Kathmandu. He had travelled by train for 48 hours just to make this visit! On the quay, the queues are winding and thousands and thousands of merry Indians have been passing the decks today. On the neighbouring quay paving-stones are being loaded aboard a ship bound for Sweden! Yesterday we visited the family of one of our Indian deckhand crew members. Fantastic evening, fun, excellent food and magnificent hospitality.
