Comments:
In the afternoon yesterday the wind slackened and started to turn. In the evening occasional clouds and we could see some showers on the radar passing by on our starboard side. Some attempts at angling, so far without success.
When the wind slackened, our speed naturally went down. The Swedish Ship Götheborg is rolling a little more in the swell, but on the other hand our scientists are now able to take samples from the sea.
One of the watches has promised us entertainment on sundeck at tea-time. The rest of the crew is waiting excitedly for what is in store, today being Mother´s Day at home.
