Comments:
This will be the last day at sea. We have spotted other boats on the radar and also heard some conversation on the VHF. The water temperature is rising all the time but we have not yet reached the continental shelf, so it will problable rise even further. We have also adjusted to the local time in Western Australia and the ship´s clock has been set forward one hour, for the last time on this leg. So there are more and more signs that we are in the finale. In spite of the fact that we all love sailing, it feels like we are drawn to feel terra firma again. But first we must ride at anchor for a week and that is certainly needed to complete all maintenance jobs going on.

Today we shall have entertainment from home, a lecture on trawl-fishing in the Skaw. It is rather fitting at this point where our thoughts increasingly dwell upon our home country and loved ones. Flight times and arrival times in Gothenburg are discussed, as well as changing to summer tyres, late income tax returns and plans for the summer.
